Product(Portrait) Description
Piece of Art(Drawing) created with graphite pencils or colored pencils or soft pastels(or mix of all or some of above listed) on paper cardboard. The final product is protected with a fixative spray as prevention of damage to the work. The piece of art will be framed according your choice from an offered list of frame profiles in the section “Framing Options” in this site…
* The art work will be based on a photograph provided by the client. The artist has the right to decline the commission if at least one high enough quality photo cannot be provided by the client.
Framing includes:

> Backing Board
> Hanging Hardware
What is high enough quality photograph?
The photos are one of the most important conditions for drawing a pet portrait of high quality.
Don’t crop the photos and don’t send screenshots.
The face of each animal will be drawn in the same way as it is in the photo.
In order to draw a beautiful portrait in high quality, the Artist needs a suitable photo of each pet(there is no issue if you provide different photos when we have more than 1 pets for 1 only portrait).
Please look for a photo/s which is:
> big, clear, and in high quality;
> not cropped (there is no issue if there are other objects in the photo);
> not a screenshot;
> not too dark;
> not blurred;
Photograph rights
If the reference photograph is not the client's own, the client must obtain permission from the owner of the photograph. If the photograph was taken by a professional photographer, the client must obtain permission from the photographer.
Payment terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking before the start of the drawing process. This deposit is non-refundable once the drawing has been started. The balancing payment is required before shipping.
If the client is not happy with the final result, and that cannot be resolved through minor alterations, then the balancing payment is not required and the product remains the property of the artist. The client will not be given the drawing.
Timing & Delivery
The artist will confirm the approximate time scale upon the client’s enquiry. The usual waiting time is 1-2 months, but the artist will always try the best to fit in a special occasion deadline.
A target date will be negotiated before starting the drawing. The client will be notified when the product has been dispatched. From this point, the time it takes to arrive is no longer the artist's responsibility.
The product will be posted via tracked delivery from Bulgaria. The client will be given a tracking number. Protective packaging will be used. Shipping cost and framing are both included in the full price of the drawing. Payment of import duty may be required in some countries, which is the responsibility of the client.
Delivery time:
Europe - usually 3 to 5 work days
The US, Canada, Australia, rest of the world - usually 5 to 9 work days
Bulgaria - usually 1 to 3 work days
Copyright
The artist holds the copyright of the work, so therefore has the right to use an image of the work for portfolios, websites and social media like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest… The client does not have the right to sell copies of the work in any way without permission from the artist.
Data Protection
The artist will need to collect the following information: the client's name, email address and address for delivery. This information will only be used to send invoices and to deliver the product. The client's name will be stored to keep track of orders. Once the client has received the product, records of all this personal data will be deleted. Any photos that have been saved will also be deleted.
